I get to work with robots and learn new things every week about how they work. I work in a collaborative environment where others enjoy helping me. I get to offer my thoughts on how to improve processes and current projects. My manager cares about my work life balance and my career development. I feel valued.

Cons

I travel a lot in my role, which is sometimes a little tiring.
