- Many smart, kind, thoughtful people to work with - Opportunities to learn, lead projects, and grow quickly for junior staff

Cons

- Work-life balance is quite bad on certain teams (travel & availability expectations, 80+ hour weeks) - Direction changes too quickly to feel invested; high turnover in personnel - Company growth rate is not what's advertised

The past year has been one of growth for our company and we have also scaled our senior leadership team. As a startup – we recognize our team members work long hours to support our continued growth. Amazing place to work and grow

Lot of fun projects to work on, Good culture, Good and friendly people, Still growing which means there is a lot to learn and lot of opportunities to take leadership role

Cons

Low Salary as compared to competitors probably because it’s a startup
