Pros

This company is really going places. New CEO is fantastic, and has a great vision on how to take the company to the next level. Talented workforce working on a market leading product line. I am excited to be part of this company.

Cons

Its definitely a start up so not a great fit for those who want to do the same thing every day.

Cons

Projects can take a long time to see the light of day, but are worth it when they do.

Pros

Good benefits for health and gym. You do find some good folks to work with.

Cons

everything else.. Do not be coned into thinking its a good place to work... Work hours were unbearable for the pay.. You have no guidance on the issues to work on. Absolutely bad software engineering practice overall. Talks about long term plan but honestly dont see that happening. Product is promising but execution and treatment of employees is the worst. Work expected of you gives you anxiety as it they will ask you to implement something in unreasonable time and give you no direction what so ever to what needs to be done. Worst kind of engineering practice. An anxiety inducing work atmosphere with no regards to your personal mental health. Will not recommend to anyone.

Our team’s mental and physical health is paramount to us and we work to prioritize that – we even hosted weekly guest speakers in May to promote and provide resources for Mental Health Awareness Month. We recognize that many of our teams went above and beyond this year, and these efforts did not go unnoticed. We quickly scaled many of our teams to address this pressure, and hope that teams can now take a breather with our unlimited PTO.
