Thank you for your heartfelt and thoughtful review of your experience at Vector Solutions. I have a similar experience of working with a very close team. To address your 'cons' of working at Vector Solutions, a Growth Pathways program was launched in March 2023 which clearly outlines what needs to be in place for career growth to happen in all parts of the organization. Vector Solutions supports the growth and development of our most important asset, our team. Growth Pathways provides a framework where opportunities to learn skills to make employees better at their current jobs and learning new skills that may help employees move into new roles. Additionally, it provides a process where all our open positions are posted internally to give employees an opportunity to move into new growth roles and promote from within when the business need and opportunity presents itself. It also provides a model to help employees own their career and development and provides tools and resources for managers and employees to have effective career development conversations throughout the year.
