      Genuinely good people Mission driven culture is felt throughout the company Strong leadership that genuinely cares Autonomy Family-friendly Unlimited PTO/ Encouraged to use it Paid parental Leave

      Cons

      Loyalty and growth trajectory was not proactively rewarded with market rate salary adjustments Parental leave is a step in the right direction but sub-par for Vectors values
