The health and safety of our team members continues to remain the top priority for Vector and has been at the forefront of every business decision since the beginning of the pandemic. Until very recently, all travel for Vector team members was suspended and no team member has ever been asked or expected to compromise their safety and well-being for a company event. In fact, Vector made the decision to postpone our annual parties and move our 2022 National Sales Meeting from an in-person event to a virtual event due to the recent surge of Omicron cases. Attrition is higher across many industries due to the pandemic, but our HR team is working hard to recruit top talent to our team as we continue to grow and expand.

That’s why our Learning and Development Team has focused on creating a strong on-boarding and training program, and will continue to solicit feedback to make improvements.
