Pros

I love the hybrid work environment. Work life balance is among the best I have experienced in my career. Everyone is so welcoming and genuine! The flexible PTO is a great perk and the other benefits including 4% 401k match are great! There is a lot of investment going into developing employees. The pay is a bit lower than I have experienced in past jobs but still competitive I think.

Cons

I haven’t come across anything that would flag a con for me yet.
