      Extreme micromanagement on every opportunity Unrealistic goals that cannot be met by even the most senior of representatives Consultative sales skills are out the window, just push to close even if client isn’t ready to move forward. Favoritism rampant

      Pros

      -unlimited PTO -creative culture -really try to make work fun, interesting, and exciting -random appreciation gifts -NOT a 'family' but coworkers/upper management/everyone seems to actually care about you as a person and as a contributor

      Cons

      -like anywhere, too much work and not enough people, but they are trying to hire more people -too many platforms across too many areas with names that have all recently been changed
