Pros

If you are a VP or above they will give you equity everyone else gets nothing but long hours. They have open time off unless you want to use it.

Cons

CEO is ex military and runs the company as it is. There has been big turn over this last year with many people not even having another job and still leaving.

Our Flexible Paid Time Off policy and Flexible Office Schedule policy both provide equal opportunities for all employees to achieve a healthier work-life balance by allowing them to focus on their work while also allowing for increased flexibility in their schedule and the ability to simply take time off when needed or desired. Attrition is higher across many industries due to the pandemic, but our HR team is working hard to recruit top talent to our team as we continue to grow and expand.

People are what make Vector a great place to work... everyone is very welcoming, supportive of each other, always willing to help, and open to change. The company is growing very quickly, and the teams are working very hard to keep up with the pace. Plenty of opportunities if you want to grow your career.

Cons

Some teams are understaffed and overworked
