One of the best parts about working at Vector Solutions is the positive teamwork environment. We all want to create the best solutions possible and are helping each other achieve our common goals. Vector Solutions also cares about our clients. We have many long-term client relationships that remain healthy today. I believe that is because we provide valuable services and work hard to meet our clients' needs. The company is growing very fast. It is a professional yet caring environment, and I have seen many people move happily up the ladder.

Cons

We have several tech stacks across our platforms and are keeping up with industry standards. Sometimes moving between projects can be difficult until I understand all of the details. The company provides everything I need to get up to speed and complete my tasks.

Pros

Vector Solutions is the best company I've ever worked for. They actually listen to their people, which is something you can't say for a lot of other companies. If you have experience and know what you are doing they will let you do your job and they won't micromanage you. If you want to learn new roles and responsibilities they will also be more than happy to help you. There is plenty of room for growth within the company and management helps set you on track if you are interested.

Cons

The company is growing so fast and making new acquisition every year. It can make your head spin sometimes. It can be hard to keep track of all the new changes but it definitely helps keeps things new and interesting. The company is always striving to be better so things don't stagnate.

Pros

Growth through acquisitions provides opportunities. Work Hard, Play Hard culture Staff is welcoming, friendly, youthful and engaging. Executives make frequent attempts to communicate.

Cons

The competition make it harder to be recognized for internal growth with acquisitions and expanded staff. Vector Solutions, needs to promote from within to maintain momentum and don't forget the remote workers. The PE structure results in management, directional changes or delays, impacting the ability to swivel quickly to challenge the competitive learning industry.

Competition for recognition is a great problem to have and we understand that growth, expansion and acquisitions can make it harder to be recognized and advance in an organization. Structured job role profiling and career pathing (including remote workers) is being implemented to address promotion from within as well as talent retention. The technology strategy is also constantly evolving to allow for agility and the ability to succeed in the industries we serve.
