Great company that really cares about their employees. Management is always willing to listen and actually takes action based on feedback from employees. Hybrid work schedule, good work/life balance with unlimited PTO, and plenty of room for advancement. Everyone is pleasant and helpful; love working for Vector Solutions

The company truly does value your feedback. We recently had the opportunity to have a roundtable discussion with the new CEO and I brought up how their maternity policy was not competitive with other companies or respectful to parents. Within a few months, they heard from enough of us that they now offer 12 weeks 100% paid, which is a huge step from what they were offering before! The community is also a huge plus for me! I love the people I work with!

Cons

If you're new to the role or the corporate world in general, I think they need to get better at communicating from a level of understanding of where you're at with your knowledge and not where they are at. For example, if you ask a question, they'll answer it from an "I've been here for six years" level rather than a "back to the basics" level. I also think the pay could be more competitive for the role that we are in. I've seen some other CSM positions make a lot more, but I understand we all have to start somewhere!

We take feedback very seriously and the recent improvements to our family leave policy are as a result of feedback from you and other members of our team. Vector's mission to help its customers be safer is truly at the heart of everything it does. Team members are passionate about what they do, are continually looking for ways to improve, and they have fun doing it. As a fast-growing tech company, things are always changing - which can be hard for some, but generally provides an opportunity for everyone. Leadership is transparent about where improvements are needed and seeks input from us regularly.

Cons

The company is in the process of rebuilding its culture post-Covid and figuring out issues like engaging a larger remote workforce, building social connections, improving DE&I, and creating more clear career paths. However, these are all topics they are aware of and working on.
