I enjoy working for our customers and prospects. I enjoy working with my co-workers and Managers. I look forward to coming to work and fill satisfied knowing I put in a great workday. I have enjoyed my path from retiring from the fire service and having managers who found a path for me to be successful. I love how Vector Solutions Managers have taken care of me and my family during a family emergency. This will never be forgotten and will always attempt to pay back. Such love and outpouring made a horrible time, bearable. Knowing I had a team supporting us. I appreciate the tools given to me to do my best work, every day. I enjoy the ability and encouragement to speak and give feedback about our organization. As a remote employee, I appreciate the hard work that our Corporate Office has made to make me feel like one of the team members in the office. Sending gifts and notes really does make the difference for a remote employee. Makes me feel good that there is an understanding when outside factors like climate caused outages of power and internet, I am not docked an hour of time. I love seeing growth plans for our employees created with thought and purpose with positive benefits for the employee and management. Even though I was not one to use my time off all the time, I do enjoy seeing the next Flex Time policy in place with no one in our teams abusing it.

Cons

With an agency growing as fast as ours, you have to be nimble and have the ability to change. With the growth of the company and having several offices across North America, it can be hard to get to know all folks with who you might work with.

Fifteen years ago I began working for a small start up company who was acquired by Vector Solutions. Through all of the growth and change, I have loved working for a company that cares about their employees and more importantly their mission to help serve school districts throughout the country. Our company culture is amazing and even through the pandemic where everyone had to pivot to remote work, we felt valued and supported. Vector Solutions is a great place to work and grow your career!

Cons

As a growing company, there is always some pressure to keep up with the growth. As a sales rep, it can sometimes be challenging.

Pros

Vector goes above and beyond to keep their employees engaged. With the recent lockdowns, they regularly sent out gift packages with various things like coffee mugs, blankets, beanies, etc, all with our logo. They are involved with community, social causes and very focused on diversity.

Cons

The only con is we are changing and evolving quickly. We grow through acquisitions so the company is always changing. The mission and vision are consistent but you have to be ready for a challenge and expect to be agile.
