Company is growing quickly so you are able to learn a lot and are able to be more involved than in larger companies.

Cons

The executive leadership team is a mess, they tend to shuffle the leaders into different departments when they are not performing. This leads to having leaders that do not know anything about the function they are overseeing. The leadership team also does not care about their employees or follow the company values. They claim that they support both but when it comes down to practice what you preach they don't want to invest the money or create policies that benefit the employees. They also keep on leadership with unethical practices because they are friends and then shush the employees who report the unethical practices.

Regarding your comment, we believe proper and timely communication is critical to our overall success and it is our goal to get this right. Management strives to empower staff with the resources they need to complete tasks and projects both independently and as a collaborative team. As we continue to grow and integrate new companies and products, we are working to improve procedures to best fit all of our needs, and while this may require a change in HR processes along the way, the result will be more beneficial to everyone in the long run. Recently we hired experienced team members to better address areas of improvement and work to meet employee and company needs.
