We have seen tremendous growth over the past year, and have recently reorganized leadership to best address that growth and lead us into what we hope to be another milestone year. In addition to transitioning dedicated and experienced team members into new roles to better address both their goals and company needs, we have added dozens of new, talented members across all business units as we continue to expand through acquisitions and organic growth. Management consistently works to foster a culture of integrity and trust while simultaneously recognizing employees for their hard work and accomplishments. Understanding the needs of our clients and staff is of utmost importance and a top priority for leadership. That is why we host both our National Sales Meeting and Client Summit every year – to receive insight and feedback from our team and clients while also empowering them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Management strives to empower staff with the resources they need to complete tasks and projects both independently and as a collaborative team. As we continue to grow and integrate new companies and products, we are working to improve procedures to best fit all of our needs, and while this may require a change in HR processes along the way, the result will be more beneficial to everyone in the long run.
