-No cap on commissions -Great benefits -Good products -A lot of leads/opportunities available

Cons

-Definitely requires a lot of work -Can be a difficult learning curve if you have little experience -Pressure to hit quotas (this can be a pro, as it is motivating and leads to more money depending on how you look at it)

Wonderful Company to work for

Pros

This company gives all of it's employees room to grow and learn new things, they support remote workers, they understand and value family priorities, they encourage supporting our communities, the office culture is collaborative not competitive. These are just some of the pros, but I think the biggest pro is the people who work for Vector. Everyone is supportive and encouraging not just with work but with our personal lives. Employees become friends and family.

Cons

I haven't encountered anything to consider a con.

Pros

Vector's people (employees and customers) are what make the company. Our customer partners are committed to their missions of serving and this mission is matched by Vector's employees who are committed to serving, helping, and assisting our customers be the best at what they do. This commitment is what makes Vector strong. Willingness to learn as we grow - the company has grown tremendously and we have had to make adjustments, some of which were hard to do, but we do and learn and move forward. How we handle these adjustments will be important in future growth phases. Team collaboration - we have a highly collaborative team environment and people will go out of their way to help you. If they can't help you they will help find someone to help you and will stick with it to ensure resolution.

Cons

Need to focus more on efficiencies and priorities. There is always something to do and teams must stay focused on the most important priorities. Also, due to so much rapid growth we have to work on getting better and smarter at how and what we do. Adjustments are required to make sure we continue to work smarter not harder. The unknowns - having been remote for over a year, we are not sure how this could affect the way we work together in the future, our culture, work with our customers and a number of things that we will just have to figure out.
