      Pros

      I have never worked in a more friendly, welcoming environment. Everyone works as a team to support and educate one another. There have been many, many days in which my co-workers are the reasons I get through the day. Each department is equally crucial to the success of the company and every job has purpose. We have the opportunity to serve and support clients who play an integral part in keeping our communities safe.

      Cons

      There has been significant change with management; however, this has not affected my desire to remain employed here.

      Pros

      Genuine people, team activities, positive environment, ability to be open and ask questions, have conversations and talk to upper management. I don't feel like a number here, unlike most companies that make people feel like they can be easily replaced... I've never felt that vibe here. I love coming to work every day, and I've made several life long friends here. The work is challenging at times, but it is awesome to be able to serve such great industries including the fire/EMS industries.

      Cons

      The only con I have is that some of the exec team at the parent office aren't too easy to talk to compared to the management team here in office. But that can be for several reasons, for example: we rarely see them because they are located in FL. Overall a great company to work for.

      The people are nice, but fake.

      Cons

      Too many changes in executive management. Salaries don't align with the cost of living.

      I realize this is a delayed response, but I felt it important to note that we have a new Sr Leadership and HR team over the last year. Vector Solutions now conducts annual market and industry salary and total compensation surveys to ensure that we pay competitively to both attract and retain top talent.
