Its been few months working for this company and I love it. Great benefits, Helpful team and Great Boss.

Cons

Its not a con but some people might think it.. There is lot of challenges in the project.

The good news on the compensation piece is that for all employees this year we are conducting a market analysis based on geography, position, years of experience, number of direct reports and many other factors. Pros

Quarterly meetings, bonus, recognition for employees. Excellent benefits, time off and health insurance. Opportunities to work with the IT department to improve product. Excellent IT team and response to issues. Management knew everyone by name. Many times nominated for the best company to work for in the Tampa Bay area!

Cons

Working in another city sometimes made it hard initially to feel part of the company when the former company I worked for was purchased.
