I've worked here for a VERY long time and the longer i'm around the more I question why I'm still currently here. This company does not care about their employees. They only care what you can do for them. If you are not the right color, you are the not the right person to be employed by them. They discriminate from color to gender. Make promises they cannot keep. Managers act like owners and mistreat employees who are doing the best they can. Managers only focus on those they really like and only move those up. No promotions, no bonuses, no growth. If you arent liked, they will do everything to get rid of you even if you havent done anything wrong. During meetings you will be embarrassed and disrespected for no apparent reason and no one will say anything about it. Company has a high turnaround. CEO and other owners play favoritism. Dont believe everything they tell you. Think twice about joining this company.
