Pros

Very kind people work there, was a very pleasant experience. Lots of different customers and clients and they'll train you on what you need to do if you are competant enough with computers.

Cons

Shifts can vary wildly, NOC seemed to have a high turnover rate. Benefits are meager. Very few to zero progress reviews to see where you are or how to improve or move up.

Pros

Vector USA carries a good energy. Everyone here is supportive and kind. It's just a healthy atmosphere to work in. Also, your hard work does not go without any recognition. Vector does anything to keep the employees happy with fun perks.

Cons

It gets cold at the front desk in the mornings maybe from the glass doors and tiled floors and walls. The glass windows can use blinds to block the sun when it's on the west side, radiating through the glass, directly on our face!

Pros

I've found Vector be very ethical, open to new business solutions and an excellent place for hard workers to build a career. I've worked with a lot of talented people in my career but I can truly say that I work with some of the hardest working, smart, creative and well-rounded people that I have ever worked with from the Field, CAD, Engineering, Project Management, Administration, Warehouse and Sales.

Cons

18 months ago we had a large project that was severely delayed and was completely outside of management's control. Due to that delay, we had to lay off a number of great people. Our company has seen tremendous growth and we are experiencing some growing pains, but our management team is making positive changes to help us get to the next level.
