Get experience working with a construction company. Work with a medium-size company. Save some time commuting. Learn how to work with Vendors.

Micromanagement. Very Clicky. Prepare to be thrown under the bus. no sense of ownership from services delivery. Working hard is less important than kissing-up. Silos. silos silos. Every division competes. no resources to finish projects you sold. Issues with service delivery. issues with Middle management. Company values no longer exist. how much money can you make me. clients need to be profitable at the cost of employee sanity. Engineering employees look thru HR files and use them to get raises MaSI KeMo they threaten to leave at the cost of clients.
