Great place to get your foot in the industry.

Management is penny smart and pound foolish and lacks the ability to make and commit to long term plans.

I couldn’t agree more that VectorUSA is a great place to get your foot in the door of the technology integration industry. VectorUSA prides itself on training, mentoring and promoting employees from within. We regularly hold certification training courses along with our field training. In response to your comment about committing to long term plans, a company’s intentions are not always apparent to everyone and the decisions we make are meant to support VectorUSA’s long-term plans and goals. Pros

For the most part, the underlings / colleagues are pretty helpful. Except for one who is like a used car salesman, who would throw his mother under a bus to get a penny. You think I am joking?

Cons

I can't say for the rest, except for the IT dept. It's horrible. One boss is an extreme bully, if you urk him the wrong way, you can probably kiss your job goodbye. He's a real bully so becareful. If you are a low hanging fruit, life isn't too miserable. If you are mid-tier and higher, it's beginning to get worse, except for the used car salesman person. Also, yes I am looking for a new job already. Pay is dismal, no raises at all for most people. Benefits are lacking HR has no power (was surprised about this) strict management for no reason.
