The leadership from top down truly cares about there people. The culture is great. They have competitive pay. The flexibility of being remote is great.

Pros
VF is a great place to work with great people, great culture, and a large breadth of project work. It's an amazing company to learn and an atmosphere where your curiosity is rewarded - if you are someone who likes to dive into new technologies. There is is even greater flexibility and work/life balance now with things remote, although there still is a Royal Oak office if you like to go in (and the office is pretty darn cool). Most everybody is incredibly respectful, understanding, and inclusive. Leadership for mobile is superb. Overall a fantastic place to work!
Cons
Nothing out of the ordinary, some projects can seem a bit disorganized at times but that's to be expected. Not everything is going to run perfectly when working with emerging tech - get ready to roll up your sleeves when that happens.
