Pros

Customers, prospecting and co-workers made my job at Vectra Bank enjoyable.

Cons

Managers were all "brow beaters", sexists and fearful of each other instead of being leaders. Quotas are KING and customers' best interests were misused to meet those monthly quotas. Employees openly discuss with each other their personal struggle with the need to compromise their ethics in order to maintain their job.

Great company to work for great benefits and great customers and for the most part great teammates!

Cons

Management picks favorites and chooses to advance those favorites in their careers. If management doesn’t like you they treat you very poorly. Several employees are unhappy with management and will not speak out in fear of retaliation. HR needs to be more proactive when a complaint is filed and follow up.
