      If you read a good review its because the managers ask for employees to write reviews that are good to bring up the rating

      Got to work from home for a few years. 401K.

      Cons

      Management - muddled with many middle and upper management Poor management - Managers see stats, they are bosses. Not supporters of you. Poor company support. Constant change in goals. What you did and have done before is never enough or valued.

      New Leadership Changes and Layoffs

      Pros

      Everything that was a "pro" doesn't exist anymore.

      Cons

      New leadership is jumping on the "layoff" market even though numbers and goals are looking amazing. Always preached "Veeam Team" and then couldn't wait to let go a lot of employees. Really unfortunate how it was handled and now employees are left to pick up the pieces.
