Cons

Inside sales leadership has turned the office into a soulless call center in an effort to reach a valuation figure. High turnover, nearly no one making quota.

Solid technology, competitive base pay*, respected in SMB and Commercial markets

Notice the asterisk above with regards to pay. Veeam's culture has changed and they saw fit to change pay retroactively and then not pay out at all when I left the company. They have largely stopped providing any answers and I may need to get an attorney involved. Benefits overall are average to below average. Veeam's approach to the Enterprise markets needs to be revisited and revamped.
