If you will achieve your target you will have a good salary.

Cons

Pressure and pressure and pressure. Management is horrible, you will understand what i when you will start to work there. You can be an oweachiver , if you will have a bad quarter this will be your end.

flexibility for 200%. You can basically choose when to do the job, as long the work is being done.

Cons

payment is lower than other vendors, higher management does not always has a clear/logic vision
