Some orgs seem to divide candidates into two categories - the working class (who share major responsibility in getting the job done towards delivering the product, work countless hours, weekends) and the elite class (add very little value towards the successful product, keep getting the unbelievable promotions year after year). A very slim section fall in the intersection. It is your choice to be in non delivering elite class or to stay in the working class or leave. Management seem to be moving in the right direction to make it a big coorporation by following the above model.
