- Salaries aren't competitive compared to other companies in the area. - Middle management don't really seem to know what they're doing, which leads to no real vision and friction between teams. - Upper management doesn't care to understand how teams beneath them operate. Some members of upper management also had a tendency to be very inappropriate during company calls, berating and cursing at different teams while offering no vision or solutions. - There is no clear path for career advancement. Management is not interested in nurturing talent internally. - Company culture has deteriorated as the company has grown, there is a very impersonal corporate feel.

"Supervision" is a joke and some of the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. Lied about my performance to make me want to "work harder" and got caught, staff is rude and unhelpful
