Pros

- The option to work from home if needed. - Learning environment.

Cons

- Too much work and lack of work/life balance - Compensation package not very competitive compared to other companies - An expectation to be available/online in your personal time - Lack of employee benefits (pension plan, health/dental insurance, leisure memberships etc) outside of the US - No relocation compensation and/or assistance offered - Most work virtually, so there is lack of team work or team feel - Interviewing process was interesting - most people's interviews were conducted online and most still have not met their manager or team members - 3 months on! .... and the list goes on.... Why am I still here more than a year on? just take a look at the economy! Veeva know they have their employees by the balls.

Pros

Very good working environment and culture. Less politics. Customer success and satisfaction are highest priority. Everybody is focusing on getting the job done. Work in a fast paced agile development cycle. Never boring. Good work life balance.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are low comparing to other tech companies in bay area. This will lead to less competitive in attracting talented people.
