Pros
The company is on a roll financially. The culture is more cooperative than competitive. There's a strong sense that the rising tide lifts all boats. The company is pretty good about accommodating employees' family obligations.
Cons
It's not unusual for product teams to be on call over the weekend - especially after a release. The compensation isn't as high as some other valley companies (although the stock has done well).
