      Pros

      Was a good company early in the game. Near and after going public they got rid of many of the originals and brought in new Wahoos that haven't done much but coast off the foundation already created.

      Cons

      While they have their company 'values', the CEO et all. personal values are questionable. They're all millionaires now though. Not worth taking a day off. You come back to triple the work.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers and team bonding experiences. I can’t say anything bad about anyone in my starting class.

      Cons

      Out of the ~32 new hires in the New York office, 5 were fired within the first few months (4 directly after the first 2 weeks of training). Is a 16% chance of being immediately fired a risk you want to take for your first job?

      Grinding Mill- No growth for Employees.

      Pros

      - If you are new to Veeva, a lot of opportunity to learn the Product - Leading Customer on implementation projects, which in turn allows you to gain better Consulting skills

      Cons

      - Low payscale - No work life balance. The manager is resource manager and constantly assigning projects. There is no time to learn and work on Projects. You are constantly forced to have 40 billable hours per week and then learning and internal work will add more hours. There is no consideration of how many project a resource need to be assigned. You may be assigned to 4-5 projects at one time. - PTO is limited to 15 and not even payable if you leave company - No growth for promotion and appreciation of hard work at annual compensation.
