Pros
Great initial opportunity. Very fast paced and challenging. Learned a lot. Immediate colleagues are kind and supportive.
Cons
Over the years there has been a steady decline in company culture. Employee success does not exist. Promotion potential is minimal and there are many dead end roles. Even when you try to make your own path as we're told to do, it's tough to make it through the management cliques and bro culture. Benefits are mediocre and decreasing annually. Salary is low and unfair with minimal pay raises. Veeva is great as entry level job, but staying long-term is not ideal. Use it as a stepping stone to your next great role. Do not be blinded by loyalty, take care of you first, because they do not care.
