      Pros

      Opportunity to work remote is great. The employees themselves are phenomenal and willing to help when they can. Good salary. Great benefits.

      Cons

      If you’re interviewing, ask how many hours are expected/worked by other members of the team especially for the services teams. Current mode is not scalable or sustainable. The company is not set up for the massive growth they expect. The hiring, training, and on-boarding process has not been scaled up to support the large business Veeva has become.
