      Pros

      The coworkers were some of the best I’ve worked with.

      Cons

      Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Management are unhelpful and don’t trust your expertise. They tell you about amazing career progression opportunities but then blocks you from getting there. They don’t pay after being promoted until the next financial year. Upper management is not being transparent. Emotional burnout is a common thing. It’s mostly US centered there isn’t real opportunities in the rest of the world even if you’re good at the job and put in lots of extra work. Pay is very low. They keep expanding when the current employees are not happy and the current structure is falling apart. Ageism and nepotism is also a common practise.

      Some colleagues are nice and others are tolerable.

      Cons

      Carefully read these reviews they are spot on and consistent. The negative ones. The positive reviews are obviously fake. Veeva employees are asked to write them to offset the myriad of negative ones. Lack of diversity is shocking.
