      A VERY fast pace engineering environment that will make you a solid engineer.

      Pros

      - Pay and benefits - Very talented engineers - Strong promotion opportunities - Opportunity to really grow you skills and write code that will be used directly by customers. - Very good mentoring from Managers and senior devs

      Cons

      - The fast pace can get you burnt out quick so be careful and take PTO - So many smart people team feature planning can get aggressive in debating how to build something - Work life balance isn't the best. Will be pushed to work longer to complete tickets and be exhausted mentally after work.

      Work from home policy and good employee benefits (although these are slowly starting to be stripped away)

      Cons

      One of Veeva’s value is ‘employee success’ but this couldn’t further from the truth. In this company your opinion does not matter, the only thing they care about is whether the client is happy. I was treated very badly here as there is a toxic work culture where you are made to feel like a cog in a machine. They are firing people weekly and those who are graduating out of the program weren’t given the raise they were expecting. So they aren’t doing right by the people who are doing well or those struggling. I was only allotted 15 mins for my exit interview which to me proves just how little they wanted to hear about the feedback I had. I could not recommend this graduate program less.
