      Pros

      The software is magnificent - clearly far above the competition. People are helpful and willing to assist. Good internal resources.

      Cons

      Stressful, workaholic culture. When I joined 7+ years ago we had an "unlimited" PTO policy. Roughly 2 years ago, they yanked that away and EVERYBODY now gets 3 weeks. Doesn't matter your seniority or longevity, you get 3 weeks. It's not enough to recover from the difficult pace you have to maintain. It definitely feels like the company wants to get rid of older, more experienced people like me.

      Management does not care about any of their subordinates. If you are not best friends with the director or smarter than them there is no chance of growing within the company. Any problem, regardless of where it stems from is always blamed on the analysts. Lots of hypocrisy within the company. Management consistently misses their hiring goals year after year causing severe employee burnout which is rewarded with letting go of many people after the busy season. Overall a ver hostile and uncomfortable environment especially for people of color.

      - Nice people - Great technology - Good company

      Cons

      - lowering PTO from unlimited to 15 days a year! - moving towards on-site rather than remote - the work from anywhere is not accurate
