PTO policy changed (once unlimited), now 10-15 days for everyone (regardless of seniority or tenure) unless you have approval from management Professional development allowance no longer available Base pay is low and increases are minimal

Honestly, not much that I can think of as cons. Everything was fab. Yes there were some very tough days and long nights, but that happens in several high growth SaaS companies
