Management. Management won't/can't provide measurable targets making it easier to say you don't deliver. They're support when raising issues and escalating is non-existent and you might be blamed for bringing it up. Micromanage to an absurd level, having a hard opinion on things they have no knowledge or involvement and are unable to do their job: provide clear processes, priorities, targets.

It is a company very much Product led. The PMs I have worked with are all very competent. It has a collaborative vibe and people build relationships even working remotely.

Cons

Some organizational changes are not well accepted and create turn over.
