      Doing very well financially Almost no competitors Ample product offering Decent headquarters

      Low Pay Hire “ok” but not the best mentality Work life balance OK software developed in a rush by understaffed teams Sadly most middle level managers are B players

      First Apprehensive, Then Excited, Then Quitting after 2 years

      Pros

      Decent Pay, Decent Benefits, Stock Options, Work from Home, Close group of co-workers to brainstorm with. Exciting pipeline, Exciting Product lines.

      Cons

      Underpaid for work completed, No Life, Horrible or non existent training, expected to ask what you don't know. But with so many hires , no one knows answers. Company is trying to corner the market with new releases, can't keep up. AND BE A GOOD SME FOR THE CLIENT. . Lots of 20 somethings in first job working for less with a Rah Rah attitude.

      Pros

      Some executives are ethical & professional. Product has a niche market. High growth company.

      Cons

      The interviewing process is highly disorganized & unprofessional. HR does not come in the picture at all, which is weird. People from company keep calling you in between interviews. No respect for time. There are some good people around, but the rest are unprofessional & high handed. Waste of time.
