      Other than customer meetings you really work your own hours. Typical week is usually 35-45 hours.

      Pros

      The people working along side you are open minded and eager to work. The perks of good equipment, Veeva giving and health and wellness is a plus. The CEO is positive and has a great style.

      Cons

      The middle level leadership is missing collaboration across teams. Veeva has grown and touches so much within the regulated industry from CRM, RTSM, CTMS, VAULT , VAlign and Events Management. If customers are looking to work across Veeva there needs to be a HUGE effort to have all these teams collaborate. Each BU is a silo and and it is trickling down and creating and uneasy workplace. Stop taking on so much new business and look at the employees work load and capacity.
