      Few years back they were better

      Pros

      home office, if on good customer can be good work-life balance

      Cons

      The company lost it's 'employee success' value. Earlier they were "doing the right thing" but not anymore. paycut after paycut for people who are loyal. they don't care what you would like to do at the company or where do you want to go anymore. "employee success" is only propaganda now. a few years back they were really following the vision. but after the stock price dropped the vision got dropped with it.

      Great People (I consider it counts for double) Impression to do something for the future Great company events

      Cons

      Losing freedom (restriction in travels, can't meet the team, only able to meet if customer meetings) Losing Value (employee success becomes a dream) The Speed value is more to ask people to leave.
