Very little pay. You are expected to be worked to the bone and all of the responsibilities fall on you. Performance reviews only left for the associates so if a project fails, you will be taken down. You are expected to train yourself which is absolutely ridiculous. In a lot of ways, they set you up for failure. They expect the world, yet give very little in return. More associates are leaving everyday and it’s due to the managers not caring or doing enough to ensure you are successful.
