Chill people and relaxed weekends. If you care about work life balance, you are at the right place. Benefits are great especially dental, vision and retirement insurances

Cons

Not too keen on incorporating latest technologies. I miss some senior technical folks in my team. But overall I like my people

- fast growing company, lots of opportunity - fast paced and highly productive environment - high-impact work benefiting Life Sciences - Employee development budget, supported internal transfers, company equity

Cons

There are always trade-offs. At Veeva you can move fast in deliverying high impact functionality which increases speed and effectiveness of Life Sciences. What empowers us to move fast is leveraging our Vault platform. Using an app development platform does mean less freedom to pick new technologies, use managed services in the cloud etc (there are "guard-rails" that allow us to move fast, but they do present some limitations). Using an industry leading platform can be a significant "Pro" for many, but for some that wish to grab the latest cloud tech off the shelf it may be considered a "con".
