      Pros

      - Great benefits - Great work culture - You build lasting friendships here (mostly bonding on how stressful the work is) - You will learn a lot and learn fast. You will be pushed to your limits, but a lot of personal and professional growth comes with that

      Cons

      - Too stressful & long hours. Late nights and weekends. They have started to stress that this is not a 9-5 job. - Not enough training & guidance. Not a safe place to make mistakes as consultants and senior consultants judge harshly instead of providing assistance. - Pay could be better. Salary doesn't match the expectations - Upper management does not engage enough as they should. - New CDP managers don't care as much and that is why associates are leaving.

      Great swag, offsite events are top notch

      The Peter Principle is in full swing here. Employees rise to their "level of incompetence": employees are promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another. You end up working for managers who have no clue how to manage a team.
