Bad training, management knows how to make you feel bad, by ignoring you or not going thru your work to see how you are doing. Management dont even have the respects to tell you in person and fire you by text .... awful

Growing company, profitable, tons of potential

Cons

Some teams are really good, some very poor (stay away from CRM Software Development). This is because the CEO values great independence for teams which is great when teams are good but very bad when teams are weak. So just carefully reverse interview the team interviewing you before joining.

Pros

Good culture, people are great, healthy lunch and snack options provided daily.

Cons

"Autonomy over alignment" attitude from the CEO makes it extremely difficult to get things done efficiently. Everyone has their own priorities and there is no incentive to work with other departments to better company functionality as a whole. No alignment on application and system wants/needs, every man for himself. The Marketing department is a disaster. They lack any concept of "bigger picture", just a constant fire drill. This is the direct result of their Chief Marketing Officer.
