      Work anywhere, stocks, autonomy, internal projects

      Cons

      Had the best manager who was very supportive, but some team members were slimy. Had to work overtime. Pay was very low with the amount of hours I had to put in. As projects and work got much better and I got high praise after many additional tasks over and above my pay grade, I was laid off unexpectedly.

      Pros

      Remote work, equity, good pay, people in functional roles that want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Poor executive communication, constantly changing vision, secret "cabals", executive level inability to rally the troops. Seemed like things were going in the right direction, and last nine months have been a cluster.
