Culture and Work-life balance are horrible, incompetent managers and product managers who try to bully their employees with unrealistic expectations. Long hours and burnouts are common, employees call in sick due to this very often. Lack of empathy and respect towards employees.

- Low Pay (this is important as you need to pay rent) - Use and abuse culture, especially in Services dept - Culture of "that's how services is" if scoping is incorrect. Consultants take the hit and lose billable hours in most situations. Would not be a big deal if base wasn't so low.
