Cons
Trying to create too many products at once, change is a permanent feature of working at Veeva, you have to ride the wave Stock/Share Compensation is dependent on stock market performance Expectations are high, good if you can meet them. Employees who are not a cultural fit or not executing properly are quickly exited.
