Pros

Remote working conditions with possibility to go to a well-equipped office

Cons

This is not the same company I joined a few years ago.. It’s such a shame what it has become thanks to the toxic enviroment some people create in the management. They will squeeze the life out of you in return for nothing. Working extra hours and over the weekends is not appreciated but more like a basic requirement. Toxic people are supported and promoted into manager positions, while nice and talented people keep leaving, for the sake of keeping their mental sanity.

Pros

-Very generous compensation, including base salary, RSUs, and commission -Flexible "work from anywhere" policy -Collaborative environment with smart, motivated colleagues -Generous travel expense policy with no strict spending limits -Strong culture of internal promotion—though this can result in some managers lacking experience

Cons

-There appears to be a lack of clear financial planning at Crossix. Commission goals are often changed mid-year in ways that benefit the company, and there are significant pay disparities among peers—sometimes exceeding $100K for the same role. Company expenses, including client entertainment costs over $10K, often go unquestioned. Raises are typically limited to cost-of-living adjustments. -Benefits are subject to change with little notice. The 2% professional development fund was removed without clear communication, and “unlimited” PTO was quietly shifted to a “suggested” three-week annual limit—still labeled as unlimited to avoid payout upon departure. -Crossix lacks diversity, with a noticeable gender imbalance and minimal representation of people of color. -Departures and layoffs are poorly communicated to the broader team, which negatively impacts morale. Terminations often happen abruptly and without warning.
