You can refer back to PowerPoints for clarification that are lengthy, confusing, and unorganized. You will be ranked everyday based on your performance the previous day- either in the red, yellow, or green zone. If you are consistently in red or yellow for two weeks- you will be fired with no opportunity for retraining.
